Landfills are structures that serve as repositories for our waste. A wide-ranging spectrum of services is required due to the diverse conditions of the landfills, from “closed years ago” to “currently still in use”.

As independent service provider, the LGA-IUA services include:
- searching for and the investigation of landfill sites
- the investigation and evaluation of old landfill sites
- planning and preparation of bidding documents for remediation measures and surface sealing
- construction supervision
- landfill gas monitoring
- groundwater monitoring
