There is an extremely wide range of potential sources of pollutants in buildings. Therefore, a qualified and systematic investigation is always necessary. This applies in particular to major remodelling and demolition projects.

In addition to asbestos, KMF (artificial mineral fibres), PCB (polychlorinated biphenyls), PCP (pentachlorophenol) and other wood preservatives, PAH (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) and heavy metals, pollutants from use (oil contamination, solvents, disinfectants, etc.) must also be taken into account.

Our "Inspection Centre for Contaminated Building Substances and Construction Waste" works on the basis of a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020. Our experts and samplers have many years of experience and are always up to date with the latest technology and knowledge thanks to continuous further training. They always work on the basis of current standards and guidelines such as VDI 6202 Sheet 3 "Pollutant-contaminated structural and technical installations: Asbestos - Investigation and assessment".
