Waste disposal management

Circular economy - a well-rounded affair

The Recycling Management Act (KrWG) and the Commercial Waste Ordinance (GewAbfV) as well as the Bavarian Waste Act (BayAbfG) require that waste is kept separate in order to enable the highest quality recycling possible. This means that, in addition to the materials recognised as containing hazardous substances, all other waste generated during construction must be separated by type as far as possible and - if necessary after processing - recycled, e.g. in accordance with the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (EBV) in technical structures. Disposal, e.g. by depositing in a landfill, is only permitted if treatment and recycling are not possible.

Standards are the basis - experience is the key

Our "Inspection Centre for Contaminated Building Substance and Construction Waste" works on the basis of a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020. Our experts and samplers have many years of experience and are qualified to take samples of solid waste in accordance with LAGA PN98 (LAGA Notices M32) and are qualified in accordance with DGUV Rule 101-004 "Contaminated Areas" (formerly BGR 128). Through continuous training, they are always up to date with the latest technology and knowledge. They always work on the basis of current legal and state-specific requirements, such as the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (EBV), the Landfill Ordinance (DepV) and the Bavarian Backfilling Guidelines (VLF).

Advantages through preliminary examinations

Targeted investigations / declarations in the run-up to construction measures (in accordance with the intended utilisation routes) serve, among other things, as an important basis for tenders and cost calculations. Decisive steps can be taken at this stage to minimise the risk of unpleasant surprises during the construction process and to ensure that the construction work runs as smoothly as possible (time advantage). In the end, this also helps to reduce construction costs.

Our documented expertise and neutrality ensure that our investigations and expert opinions are recognised by the authorities. We stand for cost-effective, customised investigations and practice-oriented solutions for construction projects of all kinds.
