Affected system? We'll find out.
The installations concerned in accordance with the IED are, in principle, labelled with the letter "E" in Annex 1 of the 4th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (4th BImSchV). An AZB is required if relevant hazardous substances (rgS) are used, produced or released in the installation in accordance with the CLP Regulation, which are also relevant in terms of substance and quantity. The operator obligation is enshrined in the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) Section 5 (4) and is therefore an integral part of the authorisation notice. Our experts will clarify whether your plant is affected.
Assessment of operating materials, analyses and AZB from a single source
Our experts take a responsible approach to filtering out relevant hazardous substances from the plethora of operating materials in a plant, testing the relevance of quantities with reference to the classification of the water hazard class and testing the relevance of substances with assessment of substance mobilities, substance persistence and other essential properties. They demarcate the plant site, develop the investigation concept for the AZB if required, carry out the investigations and prepare the report.
